This Spinach Pesto Pasta with Mushroom & Arugula is one of my most delicious meals I’ve ever made. It’s rich and so filling, also I love the bight green color that the spinach pesto gives to it!
It’s absolutely simple and quick to make and it’ll fill everyone up! I wasn’t exaggerating when I said it’s one of my all-time favorites! My mouth watering as I think about it, can’t wait to make it again!
So I use my Baby Spinach Pesto – Pesto Pizza recipe and upgraded it with the delicious arugula and mushroom! Honestly, until this summer I didn’t like arugula and I didn’t know how or with what to use it. But now I know, there are a lot of pasta meals that works perfectly with the arugula. So this is how I came up with this divine main dish!
