Mango-Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Mango-Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding is a quick and refreshing breakfast, snack, or dessert option. The sweet and fragrant mango with a slight pine taste works perfectly with the sweet and tangy strawberries, layered between the thick and creamy chia seed pudding.

  • 1 cup Milk of your choice
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 4 Strawberries


  • Mix the milk of your choice, and the honey with the 3 tablespoons of chia seed.
  • Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
  • Dice the strawberries.
  • Dice the halved mango, then with the help of a hand blender, blend it.
  • After the chia seeds absorb the milk, stir it.
  • Layer the chia seed pudding with the blended mango, and the diced strawberries.
