Strawberry Banana Chia Seed Smoothie is refreshing, filling and absolutely delicious without being too sweet! Quickly done, it's a perfect on-the-go breakfast!

  • Hand Blender


  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 4 tsp Brown Cane Sugar


  • Wash the strawberries, then remove the stems.
  • Peel the banana, then break it into chunks.
  • Put everything into the blending/measuring cup, then blend it well.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  • Serve it cold.
