Pear-Citrus Peel Yoghurt

Simple, but delicious on-the-go breakfast, which you can easily make ahead. Perfect for autumn days.

Ingredients

  • 200 g greek yoghurt
  • 2 pears
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp diced candied citrus peel
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the pears.
  • Dice the citrus peels. Leave some for decoration/topping.
  • Blend the ingredients with a hand blender.
  • Decorate it with the remaining diced citrus peels. Serve it cold.
