Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 Sharon fruit
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen peach
  • 0.5 cup frozen pear
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 0.5 lemon zest + juice
  • 1 cup liquid of your choice
  • * Optional 1 tbsp honey or sweetener

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a blender.
