- 1 cup Oat
- 1 Banana
- 1 Persimmon
- 1 cup Milk of your choice
- 1 tsp Honey
Peel the banana and the persimmon
Dice the fruits.
Put the ingredients to a blender and blend it 'till it's smooth
Put it in the fridge for a few minutes, serve it cold.
