Lemony Chicken with Cream Sauce - Healthy New Year Six-Week Challenge Week 4
Lemony Chicken Breast with a rich, cheesy cream sauce.
Servings 4 Servings
- 500 gr Chicken Breast
- 0.5 lemon's zest + a little juice
- 1 clove of Garlic
- Flour enough to cover the chicken slices
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 0.5 Red Onion
- Salt Pepper, Chilli
Slice the chicken breast.
Ground the garlic, zest the lemon and add the juice to the chicken slices.
Pre heat a little oil in a pan, then sauté the onion.
Cover every piece of chicken with flour.
Put the chicken to the pan and fry until the flour on (and under) the chicken turns golden brown.
Mix the salt, pepper, chilli with the sour cream and 1-2 cup of water.
Pour the sour cream mixture onto the chicken.
Cook them together.
