Cherry Mascarpone Cream in Chocolate Cup

Servings 12 Cherry Mascarpone Cream in Chocolate Cup
- 1 cup Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 2 cup Cherry Juice
- 1 pack Gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Cherry for each cup
First of all, melt the chocolate (1 cup milk chocolate) with the coconut oil (1 tbsp). I made a dozen of these yummies with this amount, but to make them more appealing, than mine does, use more chocolate or make less cups.
After you melted the chocolate, add 1-2 teaspoon chocolate to each liners. Let it cool for a little.
As soon as it's a little cooler and you can push the chocolate from the bottom to the walls with the back of the teaspoon and it won't leak back, push the chocolate up, all around of the liners with the back of the spoon. Repeat it if you need.
Put them in the fridge until serving.
For the cream boil the cherry juice with the sugar and gelatin.
As soon as the cherry jelly is ready and cooled for 3-4 minutes, mix it with the mascarpone.
Pipe cream to each chocolate cup.
Garnish them with a cherry and 1/2 paper straw.
Store them in the fridge until serving.
