Ingredients
1cupChocolate
1tbspCoconut Oil
250gMascarpone
2cupCherry Juice
1pack Gelatin powder
1/2cupSugar
1Cherry for each cup
Instructions
First of all, melt the chocolate (1 cup milk chocolate) with the coconut oil (1 tbsp). I made a dozen of these yummies with this amount, but to make them more appealing than mine does, use more chocolate or make fewer cups.
After you melt the chocolate, add 1-2 teaspoon chocolate to each liner. Let it cool for a little.
As soon as it's a little cooler and you can push the chocolate from the bottom to the walls with the back of the teaspoon and it won't leak back, push the chocolate up, all around of the liners with the back of the spoon. Repeat it if you need it.
Put them in the fridge until serving.
For the cream boil the cherry juice with the sugar and gelatin.
As soon as the cherry jelly is ready and cooled for 3-4 minutes, mix it with the mascarpone.
