Ingredients

Avocado

Mushroom

Tomato

Mini Mozzarella

Salt

Basil
Instructions
Dice the avocado, mushroom and tomato.
Half the mini mozzarella.
Roast or grill to mushroom.
Mix the avocado, tomato, mozzarella.
Season it.
Add roasted mushroom.
Mix them well.
