Sworkit came out with its new features, the Plans. It’s a premium feature, but believe me when I say, it worth every dime! If you follow me on Twitter, you probably saw my progress updates of Sworkit Leaner Plan.
You can choose from 3 different plans: Leaner, Fitter, Stronger. Every plan has 3 level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each plan is a 6 weeks plan, where you have 3 workouts per week, each 15-30 minutes.

Sworkit Leaner Plan Beginner
It took me 7 weeks instead of 6, still, I’m pretty proud of myself! Also, I’m feeling so much better! It improved my endurance and I realized (once again) that I can do way more things than I thought before.
However there are some exercises that I still can’t do or not correctly, but I’m slowly getting better and better!
I had some injuries during and the ligaments in my legs are still way too weak, but my recovery time is luckily less and less. Also, I noticed I’m constantly stretching during the day and sleep better after a longer workout.
All in all, I’m completely satisfied with the plan, it made my days so much easier. I didn’t have to think about what type of workout should I do.
Now I’m ready for my next plan: the Fitter!
