In our stressful life, where we have to face all kind of problems on daily basis, it’s hard to find a way and time to relax. My relax tips will cover the basics to ease the daily stress.

First of all, put that papers and e-mails away, fast! Believe me, sadly, they won’t go anywhere, half an hour won’t do any harm! Forget about them!
Okay, now that we’re duty-free, time to find a comfortable place…it can be your bed, a chair! Get yourself comfortable, use a lot of blankets or pillows, anything you want!
Turn off everything surrounding you, laptop, tablet, phone, everything what can disturb you!
Or…if you anything like me and can’t relax in silence, listen to some relaxing music, sound, YouTube is full of them!
Staying hydrated is so important when it comes to ease the nerves, so grab your favorite water bottle! I also recommend you a cup of Green or Mint Tea. All you need is the tea, a few slice of lemon and a little (organic) honey. It’s delicious, healthy and really helps you relax!
Dark chocolate will elevate your mood too, so have a bite or two while you relax! When it comes to relax and snacking, one of my favorite choice is my spicy popcorn!
BOOKS! They’re escape from reality and gives you thousands of lifes. So grab your favorite book and let’s lost in it!
