Even if we talk about pre workout or post workout food, we want light and the same time energizing food. These examples are perfect pre and post workout food to me!
First one is light, qick, easy to make, but yummy and gives you enough energy!
Only two ingredients needed: low or non-fat greek yoghurt and homemade jam or fresh fruit!

The second one is almost the same but gives you a bit more fuel!
Non-fat greek yoghurt, fresh fruit or homemade jam and oatmeal!

The third is a fruit salad. What can be better for you rather than a fruit salad? My contain strawberries and a banana! Delicious, easy and gives you enough energy to workout!
