Sometimes we need extra energy and vitamins and sometimes we need to trick ourselves to eat something healthy, well this is the time when the Multi-vitamin smoothie comes to the picture!
You need only a few ingredients, but you get a delicious and extra healthy smoothie!
- 1 carrot
- 1 orange (I needed and extra one)
- 1 apple
- 0.5 beetroot (this is why I had to trick myself…)
- water if you need
Add the ingredients to a bowl or a bigger glass and blend it with a hand blender! Taste it and you’ll know if you miss something from it, don’t be afraid to add other ingredients you like!
