Multi-vitamin smoothie

Sometimes we need extra energy and vitamins and sometimes we need to trick ourselves to eat something healthy, well this is the time when the Multi-vitamin smoothie comes to the picture!

Multi-vitamin smoothie recipe - Anna Can Do It!

You need only a few ingredients, but you get a delicious and extra healthy smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 orange (I needed and extra one)
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 beetroot (this is why I had to trick myself…)
  • water if you need

Add the ingredients to a bowl or a bigger glass and blend it with a hand blender! Taste it and you’ll know if you miss something from it, don’t be afraid to add other ingredients you like!

So I have to tell you I really really don’t like beetroot, but it’s so healthy sometimes I have to trick myself to eat it, in this case, drink it!
