Chia seed puddings are so popular for years now, for a reason. These puddings are done quickly, no cooking or special equipment needed, absolutely versatile flavorwise.

This recipe is absolutely simple. All you need to do is:

  • Mix the 1 cup of milk of your choice, and the 1 teaspoon honey with the 3 tablespoons of chia seed.
  • Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
  • Dice 4 the strawberries.
  • Dice the 1/2 mango, then with the help of a hand blender, blend it.
  • After the chia seeds absorb the milk, stir it.
  • Layer the chia seed pudding with the blended mango, and the diced strawberries.
