This Healthy Tropical Smoothie Bowl is dairy free, no added sweetener, full of fruits and sprinkled with some superfood.

As the weather turned so hot lately, I craved for more fruits and lighter meals. A smoothie bowl seemed like a perfect solution. So I grabbed my frozen pineapple and mango pieces (I just froze them a few days ago) and blended them up with some orange juice and the juice of a lime. When I got the perfect texture for me, I topped it with some desiccated coconut, dried goji berries, chia seeds, and some mango pieces.

It was cold, smooth, refreshing and fruity. So all in all, it was the perfect breakfast on a hot day!
