It’s a healtier version of a delicious ice cream. The Healthy Cherry Ice Cream. The best part? It’s also delicious!
- 2.5 cup Plain yoghurt (the greek yoghurt is better!)
- 2 cup Sour cherry
- 0.5 cup Pear
- Seasoning (I used mint and lemon zest)
Put the washed, seedless sour cherries and pears into a blender, pour the the yoghurt on the top of them, season and blend it! Important to taste it, you’ll know if you need something else in it!
Pour the ice cream base into a bowl (choose a bowl what you can put into a fridge!) and freeze it! Stir it every 1 or 2 hours!
It’s simply, delicious and healthy!
