Oat Smoothie - Healthy New Year Six-Week Challenge Week 1

Unbelievably rich, smooth, delicious, fruity, the oat makes it filling.
Serves: 2 Servings
  • 1 cup Oat
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Persimmon
  • 1 cup Milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  1. Peel the banana and the persimmon
  2. Dice the fruits.
  3. Put the ingredients to a blender and blend it 'till it's smooth
  4. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes, serve it cold.
