It’s Easter time, so time to make some Easter bunny carrot cake and deviled eggs!:)
So I had this carrot cake recipe, but it needed to be altered to be healthier, so here it comes:
Ps.: for this bunny, I doudbled the ingredientes…
- 4 eggs
- Sweetener equal to 1.5 cup sugar
- 1.5 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 4 carrots
To the top I used sour cream and sweetener, for the pink and blue part, food color
First, grab a food processor and rasp the carrots, (believe me, you don’t want to do it with a hand rasp) beat the eggs lightly put them into a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredientes and mix them! Pre-heat the oven, pour the paste into the baking mold. Bake it slowly on the almost-lowest heat for about an hour.
Okay, maaybe I’m little over-done the decoration, but they’re cute and colorful *-*
(I’m done, don’t worry)
I made deviled eggs too 🙂 Oh and dyed a few eggs…
