I promised I share a few recipes I made this week, so here is the first one, the creamy broccoli chicken. It’s easy and delish recipe.
- Chicken breast
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
It’s really easy, all you have to do is, cut the chicken breast to (not too long) stripes, pre-heat a pan, add a little oil and a diced onion. While the onion is frying, add the chicken breast too and if you use frozen broccoli, this is the time to put them into the pan too! Cover it for a few minute to steam, then season it with the salt, pepper and the nutmeg. After a few minute steaming, pour the cream onto the chicken, stir them and cook it on low-heat. When the chicken breast stripes and the broccoli is soft, it’s done!
I served cooked rice for side dish.
