Chocolate Cherry Cake: Rich, moist and dense chocolate cake with cherry and vanilla cream filling layers and creamy, fluffy chocolate ganache frosting.
Perfect for Easter, Birthday, Anniversary or any other celebration.
This killer chocolate cherry cake is so rich, unbelievably moist, but thankfully not too sweet, the cherry filling add a little sourness, it complements the dense chocolate and the creamy chocolate ganache frosting adds the whole cake silky, airy cover.
Easter is coming, I decorated my cake with colorful egg-shape candies, decor sugar and cherries; the more color the better!
Since it don’t have a complicated decoration, it’s really fun to make, so it can be a great holiday activity with the kids.

While the cake is baking, you can make the fillings. Mix the pudding powder and the sugar with the cherry juice.
