Beer marinated chicken

On Friday my Dad bought some chicken drumstick, so I knew we’re gonna frying disc them on the weekend. The last fry disced chicken was so delicious, but this time I want them taste difference. We had a little leftover beer, so that’s how beer marinated chicken popped into my mind!

The beer marinated chicken is easy and you can grill them too!


  • Boneless, skinless drumsticks (I used 8)
  • Beer (I used about 1-1.5 cup)
  • Honey (about 1 tbsp)
  • Oil
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper, bay, chili, paprika and anything you like

All you need to do is to get a bowl you can cover later, cut the chicken a little bit and mix all the ingredients. Cover the bowl and put it into the fridge for 2-24 hours, the longer the better! Fry or grill it!
For side dish, we fried potato, onion and garlic!
